We welcome your interest in holding your event at the University of Lynchburg! We are able to accommodate meetings, camps, conferences, and other events year-round, and during the summer months we can also host overnight camps.
Through our Office of Conferences, Events, and Support Services, you’ll have access to our various event venues, including our athletic facilities and residence halls during the summer months. Catering is also available through our University catering office — you can review menu options under the Plan an Event tab.
