The Office of Conferences, Events, and Support Services is responsible for monitoring and advising departments, schools, and institutes regarding guidelines related to non-academic events and activities in University facilities and open spaces on campus. Please note that the University may also impose additional conditions and requirements not outlined in our policy. As a private entity, the University of Lynchburg retains full discretion to determine which events will be permitted on its property.
